UFC on FUEL TV 1 draws a reported 6,283 attendance for $406K live gate

OMAHA, Neb. - Wednesday's "UFC on FUEL TV 1: Sanchez vs. Ellenberger" event drew a reported 6,283 attendees and generated a live gate of $405,895.

UFC president Dana White revealed the figures at the evening's post-event press conference, which MMAjunkie.com attended.

Featuring a key welterweight contest between fast-rising contender Jake Ellenberger and perennial crowd-favorite Diego Sanchez, UFC on FUEL TV took place at Omaha Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Neb. The main card aired on FUEL TV following a preliminary card on Facebook.
