Ratings for this past weekend's Bellator 40 event rebounded solidly from the week prior and were up 25 percent. Overall, the April 9 broadcast drew 218,000 viewers on MTV2, which makes it the season's second-largest total overall. MMAjunkie.com today confirmed the ratings with an industry source.
In addition to the initial audience, 190,000 viewers tuned in for the immediate replay (a 55 percent improvement compared to Bellator 39).
