?More powerful? Diego Sanchez turns to UFC video game for training

Diego Sanchez is about as close as it gets to a regular guy fighting in the UFC. At times, he struggled early in his career in dealing with his new fame and fortune. As he gets older, his body is changing and Sanchez bounced between lightweight and welterweight.

With his next fight against Matt Hughes three months away, Sanchez has packed on a little extra beef, but he was working some of it off at UFC 132 in the media room.

Check out Sanchez working out with the new UFC Personal Trainer game on the XBox 360. The game busts his rear end and he works up quite a sweat with something called Constant.

"When the first UFC game came out ("UFC Undisputed"), I never even dreamed being in such a realistic game," Sanchez told ESPN.com. "The game is so realistic looking that I do my late night training by getting on my PlayStation 3 and fighting my opponent 20 times in the game. That way I'm able to see myself knocking him out over and over again. It's a visualization tool for me where you're seeing it, you're feeling it and you can already have that knockout in your mind. As long as you go in and do the work and train, when you get in and fight, you've already seen what can happen, so it's more realistic that it will happen."

Sanchez admitted that the game beats him at times. The video conversation also includes Phil Davis, Brian Stann and trainer Greg Jackson. "Mr Wonderful" steals the show at the end.
